Independent Travel Advisor

I am an independent travel agent affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group. Burke Travel assists clients in researching and arranging travel services offered by independent third-party suppliers, including cruise lines, tour operators, resorts, airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and travel insurers.

Quotes, Pricing & Availability

All prices, promotions, amenities, itineraries, schedules, and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and the required payment is received by the applicable travel supplier. A quote or trip request is not a reservation and does not guarantee price or availability. Supplier terms, cancellation policies, change fees, and payment deadlines apply to every booking.

Traveler Information & Documents

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate legal names, dates of birth, citizenship information, and other required details. Travelers are also responsible for obtaining and carrying all required passports, visas, identification, health documents, parental consent forms, and other entry or transit documentation. Entry requirements can change, and travelers should verify current requirements with the appropriate government authorities before departure.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Unless specifically stated otherwise, travel protection is not included in a quote. Coverage, exclusions, pre-existing-condition provisions, deadlines, and claim decisions are controlled by the insurance provider. Declining travel insurance may leave the traveler responsible for nonrefundable costs and expenses resulting from cancellation, interruption, delay, illness, medical treatment, evacuation, or baggage loss.

Supplier Changes & Responsibility

Burke Travel does not own, operate, or control the independent suppliers providing travel services. Supplier schedules, itineraries, ports, accommodations, and services may change because of weather, operational needs, government action, safety concerns, or other circumstances. Burke Travel will assist clients when problems arise but is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or service failures caused by a supplier or events outside our reasonable control.

Health, Safety & Accessibility

Travelers are responsible for determining whether a trip is suitable for their health, mobility, dietary, and accessibility needs. Any special request should be disclosed before booking so it can be communicated to the supplier, but fulfillment cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by that supplier.

Privacy & Communications

Information submitted through the quote form is used to respond to the inquiry and assist with travel planning. Form information is securely transmitted through our email-delivery provider, Resend, to info@burketravel.com and is not intentionally stored in a customer database on this website. By submitting an inquiry, the traveler consents to receiving communications related to that inquiry or a resulting booking.

These disclosures are general information and do not replace the specific terms and conditions supplied with a booking. The supplier’s terms control the travel services it provides.
